Authorise your eBay account and choose the account and marketplace in the app settings. Select a frequency, then save the configuration. Your campaign marketplace must match the global marketplace setting.
Build and activate a campaign
Create a campaign, choose the currency and discount approach, write an offer message and add eligible products or a product group. Save and activate the campaign so it can run on the selected schedule. Review stock-triggered options if they suit your campaign.
Check eligibility and logs
Use Eligible Listings to see the items returned by eBay. Offers depend on eBay eligibility and sending limits; a watcher or cart does not guarantee an offer can be sent. Inspect the logs when a listing does not trigger.
Review category recommendations
Use the category tools when you need recommended categories for products and listings. Review the suggested destination categories before applying changes to your live catalogue.

Can the same buyer receive repeated offers?
Sending is subject to eBay eligibility and limits. The published guide notes that a buyer who already received an offer does not automatically become eligible again by watching the listing again.
