01 / SETUP

Connect eBay

Add your eBay account in the app and follow eBay’s authorisation prompts. Choose the account, marketplace and schedule in global settings, then save. Contact MySync to arrange access to the appropriate workflow for your store.

02 / SETUP

Create your offer campaign

Name the campaign and select a currency matching the marketplace. Choose percentage discount or a new price, add the message and select products individually or from a group. Save the campaign before activating it.

03 / SETUP

Choose a trigger

The guide describes scheduled campaigns and stock-level triggers. Match the campaign marketplace to the global settings and review product selections before starting. Eligible Listings shows the items that can currently receive offers.

04 / SETUP

Review results

Read the app logs for eligibility and processing issues. eBay decides which buyers and listings can receive offers, so offer delivery is not guaranteed for every cart or watcher. Check current sending rules in your eBay account.

Where do buyers receive the offer?

Offers are sent through eBay to eligible buyers for the selected listing. This is not a Shopify checkout recovery email.

Can I install this from the Shopify listing above?

The MYOB and bundle app listings are separate products. Contact MySync for the eBay Automations or Shopify eBay Abandoned Carts setup.
