Add the integration from your Neto add-ons and connect your Saasu account. Select the Saasu account and file on Settings, then run Initial Sync before enabling normal data flows. This imports existing records into the app without creating them in either platform.
Select product and stock flows
If you create products yourself in both platforms, leave product creation off. Saasu-to-Neto product creation does not create variants. Neto variants sent to Saasu become separate items. Select the destination Neto warehouse for stock updates.
Configure sales documents
Choose the integration start date, tax treatment, invoice type and eligible Neto order status. Decide whether to use the order customer or a default customer. Select a shipping item for freight because the integration represents shipping as a Saasu invoice line.
Save and check the first sync
Complete required product accounts and order settings, save and run a controlled first sync. Check the resulting contact, sale and stock level. Use the app schedule once the result is correct and inspect logs for failed records.

Why is Initial Sync important?
It loads existing records so the app can match them before processing new data. Skipping this can lead to duplicate products or sales that do not process.
Will Saasu items create Neto variants?
No. The published guide states that the Saasu-to-Neto product flow does not create variants.
