01 / SETUP

Choose a plan and start

Select the backup subscription in the app and start daily backups. Before changing a large part of your catalogue, you can use Run Now and wait for completion. An additional manual run can create another set of records for the same day.

02 / SETUP

Know what is captured

Products include supported catalogue, pricing, category and other fields listed in the full guide. Customer and order records are captured, but the standard workflow does not continually update those records after they have been backed up. This is not a full copy of every store setting or file.

03 / SETUP

Find historical data

Filter products by Backup Date, review the selection and use Export Results to produce a CSV. The guide describes retention of the last seven days of product backups and the first of each month for one year; confirm the retention available with your chosen plan.

04 / SETUP

Plan a recovery

Review the exported file and Neto import mapping before applying it to your store. API export back to Neto for products, customers and orders is available through support. Tell us what changed and the date you need to recover.

Does a backup keep updating old orders?

No. The documented standard behaviour captures orders and customers without continually refreshing their subsequent changes. Contact support for different requirements.

Is restore a single automatic undo button?

The documented workflow uses filtered exports and Neto imports, with API recovery options through support. Review the records before restoring.
